What you need to do if we are required to work on your property
- Adhere with directions of onsite staff to safely access your property and comply with traffic control signage implemented.
- When a planned outage is notified store enough water for your needs, keep all taps closed and refrain from flushing toilets during the outage.
- When water supply is restored, you may temporarily experience discoloured water. Check your water quality by running the tap closest to the water meter for a few minutes before drinking or washing laundry. If discoloured water is detected, continue to run your tap until the water clears. If the water doesn’t clear, notify us immediately.
