Emergency Works

What you need to do during service disruptions:

  • Store sufficient water for your needs as well as keep all taps closed and refrain from flushing toilets during the outage.
  • When water supply is restored, check your water quality from the tap nearest to the water meter before to use. Do not wash clothes until you have checked water quality. If discoloured water is detected, run your tap until the water clears. If the water doesn’t clear, notify us immediately on 1800 800 917.

If you think you're affected by works that is not currently listed, report it by calling us on 6977 3200 (9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday) or 1800 800 917 (after hours 24 hours a day, seven days a week).
